Girls'/46cm (18") Dolls' Top, Gown and Pants, Kwik Sew K0213 NewCondition

Pullover Top and Gown have casings with elastic at neck and sleeve, ruffles at bottom edge and embellished with trim. Top A: Short sleeves with ribbon and lace trim on front. Gown B: Long sleeves with bias tape for sleeve casing, ribbon bow and double row of ribbon trim at top of ruffle. Pants C are pull-on with elastic in waist casing. Matching outfits fit an 18" doll and have back openings with hook & loop closures.

This sewing pattern comes with a 1:1 pattern for different garment sizes. Using a tracing wheel, you can draw the pattern directly to the fabric or precut from tracing paper.
