The OLFA rotary circular cutter makes cutting perfect circles in fabric, paper, and leather a breeze. Simply adjust the size of the cutter to half the diameter you'd like for the final circle, place it on the fabric, and then spin the cutter. The cutter features a safety mechanism for the blade and a guiding compass point. In the event of the blade dulling, you can replace it with another 18mm blade. Recommended for use with a cutting mat.
