This rotary circular cutter from DAFA makes it easy to cut perfect circles in fabric, paper, and leather. Simply adjust the size of the cutter to half the diameter you'd like for the final circle, place it on the fabric, and then spin the cutter. In the event of the blade dulling, you can replace it with another 18mm blade. Recommended for use with a cutting mat.
