When punching holes in paper, place a rigid plastic sheet underneath to achieve a clean, precise cut.

When punching holes for eyelets, always choose a punch slightly smaller than the eyelet diameter and press the eyelet firmly into the hole. This ensures a tighter fit and prevents the eyelet from coming loose over time.

Whenever possible, choose hollow punches instead of hole punch pliers — they require less effort, have a longer service life and offer greater punching efficiency.
