DIY tool for s-spring press buttons ø15 mm, DY-RCPB-15

This tool allows you to install all Ø15 mm metal snap fasteners with S-shaped springs.

While snap fastener pliers only allow installation near the edge of an item, this tool set lets you attach snaps anywhere you need (for example, on a jacket hood). Using proper tools gives you better control over the installation process and ensures a neater, more reliable result.

Instructions for use:

Make a Ø3 mm hole in the material.

Choose a firm, smooth surface for installation.

Make sure the correct matching snap components are paired together.

Place the convex side of the snap cap into the recess of the anvil and position the rivet part upright on the anvil, with its pointed end facing upwards (see picture).

Apply moderate, straight downward taps. Avoid sudden, forceful or angled blows — the metal may deform incorrectly or tear. Such damage cannot be repaired, and the snap must be replaced. Remove any damaged snap promptly and continue with a new one.
