Privacy and Security
Shopping at this online store is secure. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties and will be used solely for order fulfillment, delivery, and resolving order-related inquiries. We will only send online store news to your email address with your prior consent. A secure, encrypted SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) communication channel is established between your IT device and the shopping environment. Your connection cannot be monitored or interfered with. An encrypted data communication channel with banks ensures the security of the purchaser's personal data and bank details.

Processing of Personal Data
All personal data of the Buyer (such as name, phone number, address) transmitted to the Seller during the purchase process is confidential. By entering data into the online store, the Buyer grants the right to collect and process the Buyer's personal data and to transfer the Buyer's personal data to the entity performing the delivery (such as a postal or courier company) for the purpose of delivering the goods. The Buyer's data is used only for executing sales transaction(s) and creating a better and faster service environment for the Buyer. No separate databases are formed from the Buyer's data, and it is not disclosed to parties unrelated to the purchase/sale transaction or its delivery.
Payments
In the case of card or credit card payments, the payment service is mediated by the certified AS Maksekeskus, and the transmitted card details do not come into the full possession of the Seller. The entire payment process takes place through encrypted channels and is secure for the Buyer.
Direct Marketing
The Seller has the right to use the Buyer's delivery and/or registration address to transmit advertising/information regarding its products and services. If the Buyer wishes not to receive newsletters, a corresponding checkbox is available for marking at the final stage of the order.
Right to Erasure
The Buyer has the right to request that their personal data not be processed in the future and be deleted. Please report your request to the following address: info@KL24.ee.
Applicable Law
In addition to these terms, the legal relationships arising from purchasing products from the online store are governed by the Law of Obligations Act (VÕS), the Consumer Protection Act (TKS), and other legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
