Product Description: Piping / Welting Foot

Function: This foot is designed for both creating custom piping cords and sewing them into seams. Thanks to its rigid construction, it ensures exceptional stability and superior control over your project during sewing.
Perfect Fit for Best Results: The closer the size of the piping matches the groove (channel) underneath the foot, the better the sewing result will be. Note: the piping thickness must be slightly under the width/dimension of the channel.
Compatibility: The foot is suitable for practically all new and old domestic sewing machines with standard screw-on or snap-on ankle systems. The machine must have a low-shank mechanism, which is standard for most domestic machines. If your machine has a snap-on ankle, simply remove it and attach this foot directly using the same screw.

Not suitable for:

Larger and more expensive machines with a high-shank system, high-speed straight stitch machines, and industrial machines.
Certain vintage Singer models with proprietary high-shank mounts.
Bernina machines (compatible only with a Bernina adapter).
Janome and Elna machines with a 9mm stitch width.
