Product Description: Janome Ruffler / Pleating Attachment

Quality: High-quality, Japanese-made Janome accessory. Suitable for all domestic sewing machines equipped with a standard automatic snap-on/screw-on ankle system.
Function: When sewing two non-stretch fabrics together, this attachment automatically pleats or gathers one fabric while simultaneously stitching it onto the other. It can also pleat a single layer of non-stretch fabric and secure the pleats with a stitch.
Adjustable Features: You can easily customize:

Pleating Frequency: Choose how many stitches occur between each pleat (e.g., every 1st, 6th, or 12th stitch, or straight stitching without pleats).
Pleat Depth: Easily adjust the depth of each pleat using the adjustment screw.
