KL24 offers a wide range of products, and our goal is to make it easy to locate exactly what you’re looking for. The store is organized in a familiar tree-structure: you can find more specific subcategories by first clicking on a category to the left (e.g. to find circular knitting needles click: Knitting > Circular Knitting Needles). We have also provided additional categories based on popular brands you may be interested in.
While browsing a category of products you’ll find preview images to help you find what you’re looking for and compare items, along with a portion of the product description. To purchase a specific item, click “Read More,” which will allow you to select the quantity and specific variety of that item. Here you can also learn more about the product’s details, which we hope will help you in your purchasing decision.
Our search system allows you to find items by the item name and code. Simply type the name of what you would like to find in the top-left search box. Results will appear in image columns for easy selection.
KL24’s beadwork emporium, Helmic.ee, provides additional search options to make finding items based on style and colour easier. For details, see the search assistance information at Helmic.ee.
When you add an item to your order, it gets added to the basket. To see all of the items you’ve selected click on the “Look View” button in the top-right side of the page. Here you can increase the quantity of or remove items from your order. This page also provides you with the total cost of your order, to which shipping costs will be added. Once you are satisfied with your item selection, click the “Purchase Order” button; this also in the top-right side of the page.
Orders between KL24 and Helmic are processed together, allowing you to save on shipping costs.
To finalize your order, please complete your contact information or the “Purchase Order” page, along with your preferred method of delivery. Once satisfied, click “Send”; we recommend that you print your order confirmation for future reference. If you have provided a valid email address, an order confirmation will be sent automatically; if an invalid email is added, our team will contact you by telephone to confirm.
Finally, please make a payment equal to what is listed on your order confirmation through your internet bank; this payment should be sent to the account listed at the top of this page. Note that we cannot process your order until full payment has been received. Your order is valid for 14 days from the time it is placed, at which point you will need to resubmit your order if no payment was received.
When ordering meters of goods (fabrics, ribbons, etc), the minimum order is 1m. If ordering larger quantities, uneven amounts are allowed (e.g. 1,2m).
Changing a Placed Order
If you have already placed an order but want to change it, please send an email to info@KL24.ee. To add products to an order, you can either send an email or place a new order. When placing a new order in this situation, indicate in the comment box that this order should be combined with the original order. When sending additional payment for this order, do not include additional payment for shipment; items will be shipped together, using the payment for shipment you made in the original order.
Canceling a Placed Order

Purchases from KL24 e-store are secure. Your personal information will not be disclosed to third parties, and will be used only for order fulfillment, delivery, and order-related issues. We will use your email to contact you about our e-store news only if you have given us permission to do so. A secure encrypted SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) data communication channel will be created between your device and the KL24 shopping environment. Nobody can connect to or monitor this process. An encrypted data communication channel with the bank ensures the safety of your personal data and bank requisites.
Cookies: Your web browser offers so-called “cookies” which, if you allow their use, store small amounts of data on your computer when you visit a website. Cookies do not contain any personal information about you and therefore cannot be used to identify you personally. However, cookies provide a streamlined shopping experience. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies by modifying your browser settings. Our sites are viewable even if you disable the cookie function on your browser. We request that you pay for your order as soon as you receive the order confirmation. The payment can be made to OÜ Karnaluks account (SEB EE301 010 220 072 212 010) via account transfer or by using a bank link button (Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, DanskeBank, LHV, Krediidipank, Pohjola, Alandsbanken, Handelsbanken and S-Pankki). An encrypted data communication channel with the bank ensures the safety of your personal data and bank requisites.
Payment by bank link button: After completing all fields and choosing a payment method, click on the “checkout” button. You will be redirected to a page where you can select the appropriate bank. Payment is processed and your order is confirmed as soon as you complete your payment in the internet bank and have pressed the "return to merchant" button.
Internet bank link payments are processed by certified AS Maksekeskus. Your sensitive card data is securely stored by Maksekeskus and never shared with merchants or third parties when you pay. Maksekeskus AS is a PCI-DSS compliant payment service provider, processing Visa and MasterCard payments for merchants based in the EU. Card details are only stored via a secure SSL connection and never shared with merchants or third parties.
International payments and bank transfers:

When filling out bank transfer order, make sure to write in comments section your order number. All e-store prices are in EUR and include VAT.
In the Estonian Republic, we offer the following shipping options: Omniva (Estonian Post) letter or package, Omniva courier, Smart courier, or via Post24 parcel locker or SmartPOST parcel locker. See below for additional details:
1. Merchandise as a standard package: 2,98 EUR. Package can be picked up from the nearest post office.
2. Omniva Express courier: 4,20 EUR. The courier will contact you by phone to discuss a delivery time. When selecting this option, please ensure that you provide a valid phone number and address to avoid delays, including the entrance number, floor number, and building number. You are also encouraged to provide brief written directions to help the courier find your location. If delivering to your workplace, please be sure to include the business name.
3. Post24 parcel locker: 2,20 EUR. Please indicate which parcel locker you’d like the package to be delivered to. The largest package size that Post24 accepts is 64 x 41 x 38cm. If the package is larger than the previously stated size, we will ship via Smart courier.
4. SmartPOST parcel locker: 1,95 EUR. Please indicate which parcel locker you’d like the package to be delivered to. The largest package size that SmartPOST accepts is 60 x 36 x 60cm. If the package is larger than the previously stated size, we will ship via Smart courier.
5. For shipments to Finland and other EU countries: 10,00 EUR. Merchandise will be shipped as an international standard package.
For countries outside of the EU, you will be contacted concerning shipping options.
Within 14 days of receipt, you can return a product if it did not meet your expectations. We are grateful for all feedback provided by our customers to ensure complete satisfaction moving forward. Returned products must be unused, complete, and with intact sales packaging. The buyer is responsible for any reduced sales value that was caused to the product while in your possession, as well as additional expenses related to the return (shipping, communication, etc). These expenses will be deducted from the amount refunded. Returned items must be delivered to Karnaluks via a courier service (Estonian Post, UPS, DHL, etc); we will not accept returns through a parcel locker service.

Our goal is to provide you with quick and efficient service. If payment for a domestic order is received in our account prior to 13.00, we will process your order for delivery on the next business day. Note that banks can delay the payment transfer speed. We strive to have all items listed on our web shops in stock and available for delivery. Items that require additional shipping time will be marked as such. If there are any delays in shipping, we will contact you.
When entering how much yarn you would like to purchase, keep in mind that each unit of sale is for a single skein of yarn; entering five for a specific yarn colour will order five skeins of that yarn. When browsing our yarn selection, click on the pictures to get an enlarged version for a clearer view of its texture.
Note that the colours and patterns featured in the photos may be differ slightly than what is in stock, due to the fact that each batch of yarn uses slightly different combinations of dyes. If you have concerns about the colour matching, it is recommended to order a little bit more yarn than you will think you need. If you order more later it is possible that the two colours will differ slightly.
Warranty, Right to Claim & Defective Products
KL24 strives to provide our customers with a selection of quality products. The selection we provide is based on our team’s combined years of experience, opinions of industry thought leaders, and the results of market competitions and awards.
On customer request, KL24 will perform a pre-sale inspection of any machines we sell. Inspection includes but is not limited to: oiling of delicate mechanical components, threading, adjusting the thread tension, and a test stitch to ensure that all of the machine’s functions are working properly.
Warranty: the postal charges to ship machines to and from the customer for warranty repair are free. If there are questions related to the user guide, we offer free consultation via phone (00 372 601 3373). We also provide free initial training on how to use the machine in our Tallinn showroom (Tellinn Hermanni tn. 1, Entrance C, 2nd Floor). We will do all we can to make available necessary spare parts for purchase, many of which we keep in stock.
Right to Claim & Defective Products: In accordance with legal requirements, clients have the right to submit complaints concerning the quality of purchased products within two years. Keep a copy of your sales invoice with the product and warranty certificate, if one has been issued. In the event that the buyer and seller cannot come to an agreement on circumstances that led to the required repair, the seller is responsible if the complaint is filed within 6 months of purchase. During the remaining 1,5 years of the 2 year period, it is the buyer’s responsibility to show that the problem stems from a manufacturer error. Misuse of the product--such as improper maintenance, use on projects it was not intended for, and use of incorrect accessories--are not considered a manufacturer defect and thus are not covered by the warranty. Regular wear and tear of components that need regular replacement (needles, light bulbs, etc) are not covered by warranty.

Please note that, while we make every effort to ensure colours in our photos are accurate to the product, they can vary greatly from screen to screen. LCD and LED monitors normally provide the best colour quality, while older tube monitors often have inaccurate colour representations.
